Andreas Treiner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Andreas started their career in 2006 with a technical apprenticeship at Stadt Traunstein - Städtischer Bauhof where they learned mechanical and electronic fundamentals and applied them in practical tasks such as mechanical processing and assembly. After completing their apprenticeship in 2010, they worked as a mechatronics specialist at BMK Bearbeitungstechnologien GmbH for a brief period before joining Plereiter CNC-Technik GmbH in 2011. At Plereiter CNC-Technik, they worked as a mechatronics professional until 2014 when they moved to Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG. At Brückner Maschinenbau, they initially worked as an intern in the Supply Chain Management department before being promoted to Quality Management Coordinator. In 2019, they became the Head of Quality Management at the same company.

Andreas Treiner completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in the same field from the same institution. Before entering university, Andreas obtained a Fachabitur - Technik degree from Berufsoberschule Traunstein. Andreas completed their secondary education with a Mittlere Reife from Karlsgymnasium Bad Reichenhall.
