Qiang Li is an experienced Transportation Engineer with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Brudis & Associates, Inc. since September 2019, Qiang Li previously held a similar position at Daniel Consultants Inc. from September 2002 to August 2019. Qiang Li earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Transportation and Highway Engineering from The University of Kansas between 1990 and 1997.
