Christian Klostermeier

Christian Klostermeier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Christian is currently the Managing Director Strategy at Brüel & Kjær Vibro since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Business Unit Wind, and Business Development Manager Wind at the same company between 2017 and 2023.

Before joining Brüel & Kjær Vibro, Christian worked at Siemens Wind Power as a Senior Strategy Developer from February 2015 to September 2017. Christian also gained experience at The Boston Consulting Group as a Lead Analyst and Senior Analyst from September 2012 to February 2015.

Furthermore, they worked as a Senior Engineer Wind Competitive Assessment at GE Energy from October 2010 to September 2012. Prior to that, they served as a Business Analyst at Candesic from February 2010 to September 2010.

Moreover, Christian has experience as an Event Manager at the Cambridge Climate Conference from March 2009 to November 2009. Christian also worked as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, Whittle Laboratory from June 2008 to February 2009.

Christian started their career as an intern at Porsche from June 2000 to September 2000.

Christian Klostermeier obtained a Diplom degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1994 to 2002. During their time at KIT, they pursued further education at Cornell University from 1999 to 2000, earning a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Christian went on to pursue a PhD degree in Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
