Kurtis Randmaa is a Lead Software Development Engineer at Brüel & Kjær Vibro since March 2022, bringing a strong foundation in software engineering and physics from academic and professional experiences. Prior roles include a position as a Physicist at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) from July 2018 to August 2020, where Kurtis contributed to various projects such as upgrading data collection software, developing automated systems for lens distortion measurement, and serving as the Radar System Champion responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting radar systems. Earlier experience as an intern at Seek Thermal involved working on thermal imaging hardware and software development. Kurtis holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
