Nevan Hughlett

Nevan Hughlett is a Real Estate Analyst Intern at PMI Properties, contributing experience in comps, private equity, and residential rentals since September 2024. Currently serving as an Associate at Bruin Value Investing, Nevan completed an 8-week training course focused on accounting, valuation techniques, and fundamental analysis while presenting stock pitches for a student-operated investment fund. In the role of Project Coordinator for Bruin Entrepreneurs, Nevan oversees the Media and Designathon, enhancing entrepreneurial engagement at UCLA. Prior experience includes an Econometrics and FP&A internship at MACOM in Cork, Ireland, where responsibilities encompassed variance analysis and the development of dynamic dashboards using Power BI. Nevan also served as a Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Coniston, leading programs for over 1400 campers and initiating scholarships for underprivileged attendees. Nevan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in German at UCLA, expected to graduate in 2027.
