Joana Hertel

Joana Hertel has been with Bruker BioSpin since December 2018, serving as the HR Country Manager for Germany and Global HR Business Partner for the BBIO Group, with leadership roles in various HR capacities including Teamlead HR Business Partner. Responsibilities encompass global HR support for divisions such as Service & Lifecycle Support, Finance, IT, Legal, and Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to this, Joana Hertel worked at Daimler AG from March 2016 to May 2018, focusing on HR project management, including the establishment of a Shared Services Center, process standardization, and project controlling. Joana Hertel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from SRH University.
