Michelle Maynard

Michelle Maynard currently serves as the Director of Global Benefits at Bruker since July 2024. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director of Total Rewards at Demant from August 2022 to July 2024 and at Arxada from July 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included shaping the global Total Rewards strategy for a diverse workforce. Prior to that, Michelle spent 14 years at Lonza in various roles, including Director and Associate Director of Total Rewards, where efforts included implementing a global grade structure and managing incentive targets in collaboration with legal teams. Additionally, Michelle has experience in human resources management and holds an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Great Bay Community College and an M.B.A. in Global Studies from Southern New Hampshire University.
