Rachael Butenko

Rachael Butenko, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global benefits and leave management, currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits & Leave at Smartsheet since April 2016. Rachael has progressed within Smartsheet through various roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Global Benefits, as well as senior and administrative positions in human resources. Prior experience includes roles at Trupanion as an HR & Recruiting Specialist and at Tap House Grill as a Hostess. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Washington State University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
