Lauren Austin

Lauren Austin, SHRM-CP, has over six years of diverse experience in employee relations and talent management. Currently serving as the Employee Relations Manager at Brumit Restaurant Group since August 2020, Lauren also held positions as Talent Coordinator and Office Administrator within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Nanny for College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors from January 2018 to August 2020 and as a Front Office Associate at Food Lion from October 2014 to January 2018. Additionally, Lauren completed an IT internship at LOW AND BONAR in July 2016. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from North Carolina State University, graduated in 2020.
