Viktoria Pietrek

Viktoria Pietrek currently leads the Recruiting team at BRUNATA-METRONA München, beginning in February 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Süddeutscher Verlag GmbH from August 2022 to February 2025, where Viktoria contributed to one of Germany's prominent media companies. Viktoria also worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Celonis for a brief period in 2022, and held roles as Recruiting Manager and Account Manager within the Südwestdeutsche Medienholding GmbH and Ratbacher GmbH, respectively. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from IU International University of Applied Sciences, expected in 2025, and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Deggendorf Institute of Technology, completed in 2018.
