Janat Nansubuga is an experienced barista and bartender with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Head Barista and Bar Incharge at Brunch & Cake since May 2024, Janat also holds positions as a Specialty Senior Barista and Non-Alcoholic Bartender at a private company and as a Sales Associate and Senior Barista at Boon Coffee Roasters. Prior experience includes roles at HWH Hospitality Investments and Tranzeet Cafe and Restaurants, where Janat developed skills in inventory management, coffee preparation, and customer service. Janat commenced the hospitality journey as a waitress at Little More Restaurant and Cafe from 2017 to August 2018 and holds a diploma in Information Technology from Makerere University, completed in 2012.
