Jennifer Johnson is a seasoned Corporate Human Resources Director with extensive experience in leading HR transformations across multiple companies. Currently serving at Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping and other associated firms since August 2022, Jennifer has excelled in implementing software upgrades and automating labor management processes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, as the Human Resources Director at Monarch Casino Resort Spa, Jennifer was instrumental in launching a new casino during challenging times, expanding the workforce from 250 to over 1,000 employees while developing key HR programs to foster growth and diversity. Earlier roles at National Entertainment Network, LLC involved transforming HR and risk management into strategic partners within the organization, contributing to substantial workforce growth.
