Ashley Doroteo

Ashley Doroteo is an experienced operations and management professional with a robust background in retail and client support. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Brundage Group since June 2021, Ashley has also held roles as Operations Team Lead and Client Support Representative. Prior experience includes various positions at Torrid from October 2015 to January 2023, where responsibilities ranged from training new Store Managers to managing store operations as a Store Manager. Previous roles at Gap Inc./Old Navy and Circuit City included product management and technology sales management, demonstrating a strong ability to maintain brand standards and develop teams. Ashley began a career in customer service and administrative support with Congressman Marty Meehan. Educationally, Ashley earned a GED from Mount Wachusett Community College and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree at Hillsborough Community College.
