Rachel Bruce currently serves as the Associate Director of Engagement at Fors Marsh, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held various leadership positions at Brunet-García Advertising, including Director of Engagement Strategies, where responsibilities encompassed outreach and media strategies for prominent organizations such as the CDC and the FTC. At the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Rachel directed communications efforts, developing outreach tools and managing content across multiple communication channels. Earlier experience includes roles at VISIT FLORIDA, Enterprise Florida, and Jersey Mike's Subs, where Rachel managed events, coordinated marketing initiatives, and fostered community engagement. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Flagler College.
