Michelle Kruse

Michelle Kruse has over two decades of experience in quality assurance and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Bruno Independent Living Aids since July 2014, Michelle is responsible for maintaining the quality system and addressing product quality concerns. Previous roles include Quality Engineer at Generac Power Systems, where significant contributions to continuous quality improvement were made, and Quality Auditor positions at Harlan Laboratories, Inc. and Briggs & Stratton, focusing on routine inspections and issue resolution. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, along with an Associate of Science in Cosmetology & Barbering.
