Scott M. Meier has a diverse work experience spanning nearly two decades. Scott M. began their career as an Account Executive at McLeodUSA in 2000. From 2001 to 2005, Meier worked at TDS Telecommunications Corp. (TDS Telecom/Metrocom) as a Customer Service Technician and later as a Manager of Product Management. In these roles, they managed product portfolios, led product development initiatives, and implemented branding strategies in the highly competitive telecommunications industry.

In 2012, Meier joined LeanLogistics as a Product Manager, responsible for market development and new market introduction of supply chain software.
