Alicia Hurley

Alicia Hurley has over 25 years of experience in emergency telecommunications, currently serving as a 911 Telecommunicator at Brunswick County Sheriffs Office since October 2022. Prior roles include 911 Telecommunicator for the City of Charlotte from May 2020 to July 2022, and a longstanding position as a 911 Telecommunicator for the City of Monmouth from April 1996 to May 2005. Additional experience includes working as an e-Support Specialist at Morris-Jenkins and as a Performance Coach at Red Ventures. Alicia holds degrees in Human Services from Columbia College, Columbia University, and Public Safety Telecommunications from Jacksonville State University, building a strong foundation in both educational and practical aspects of public safety.
