Carissa Zamora

Carissa Zamora is a seasoned professional in people and engagement, currently serving as a Global People and Engagement Associate at Brunswick Group since October 2016. At Brunswick, a firm focused on building trusted relationships for value-creating companies, Carissa has held various roles including Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer and Recruiter for the Americas, where strategic talent acquisition initiatives were led. In addition to corporate experience, Carissa is President of the Board of Directors for Springs of Living Water, a non-profit dedicated to reducing poverty and combating sex trafficking in Ethiopia. Carissa's prior experience includes roles in community outreach, case management, and research, supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Counseling from Messiah University.
