Caroline Klaff

Caroline Klaff currently serves as an Executive and Strategic Communications Trainee at Brunswick Group, having joined in September 2023. Previous experiences include working as an EU Government Affairs Intern at Eni, where research on EU energy policy was conducted, and materials were drafted in both English and Italian. Prior to that, Caroline held a Research Intern position at Carnegie Europe, supporting the director's research initiatives. At The Brookings Institution, Caroline coordinated the Foreign Policy Program, managing a substantial budget and developing policy communications, while also providing research assistance in various capacities. Early experiences include serving as a Staff Assistant in the United States Senate and engaging in political campaigns, education, and market research. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Studies and Romance Languages from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
