Emma Schultz

Partner, Washington, D.C. at Brunswick Group

Emma has experience working across a range of corporate communications issues in sectors including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and nonprofit, with a particular focus on crisis and litigation communications.

Prior to Brunswick, Emma was a communications consultant at Mercer, a leading global human resources consulting firm, where she specialized in change management and internal communications. She began her career as an assistant editor at Gourmet magazine and graduated with honors from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in English.

At Brunswick, her work has included communications for BP related to the litigation stemming from the Deepwater Horizon accident; communications related to the integration of Pfizer and Wyeth; and general reputational communications for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Hilton Worldwide. Emma began her career at Brunswick in the firm’s New York office, where she spent three years before moving to the Washington DC office.
