Kylen Fitzpatrick

Kylen Fitzpatrick is currently a Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO of the Americas at Brunswick Group, a role held since June 2016, with a notable secondment to the Singapore Office in early 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Director for the United States Senate in the Office of U.S. Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand, focusing on economic development initiatives for small businesses and minority-owned enterprises. Prior to that, Kylen worked as a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs and as a Litigation Paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance, Strategic Management, and Public Policy from The George Washington University School of Business.
