Louise Charlton

Co-Founder, Vice Chairman, London at Brunswick Group

Louise co-founded Brunswick in 1987 and is Vice-Chairman of the firm. In addition to her long-term retained clients, Louise has led teams in a number of Brunswick's most high profile projects, both contested bids and flotations. Brunswick Group LLP is an advisory firm specializing in critical issues and corporate relations. Brunswick is an organically grown, private partnership with over 1,000 people across 24 offices around the world.

Louise is also a member of the Board for Brunswick Arts and Merchant Cantos. Part of Brunswick, Brunswick Arts is an advisory firm dedicated to promoting and managing the reputation and interests of arts, cultural and charitable organisations around the world. Merchant Cantos is an international creative communications agency offering expert advice and award-winning creativity across Brand, Investor Communication, Employee Engagement and Sustainability.

Louise was recently appointed as a Trustee on the Board at the National Theatre.

She was previously a non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees at RPS Group Plc. Louise was also a Trustee on the Board of the Natural History Museum, where she sat on the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

In Louise’s early career after graduating with a French honours degree, and prior to founding the Brunswick Group, Louise worked in customer facing industries at Selfridges and British Airways.
