Niklas Rilby began their work experience as an Accounting Assistant at MediaMarktSaturn in 2018. Niklas then worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Handelsbanken in 2019. In 2020, they joined EY as an Audit Associate, where they worked as a Financial Auditor within the Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction organization. In this role, they reviewed valuation assumptions, financial statements, and sales purchase agreements. Niklas later transitioned to the role of Data Strategist at EY in 2021 before joining Brunswick Real Estate in 2022, where they are currently a member of the CFO Team.
Niklas Rilby embarked on their education journey in 2017 at Mid Sweden University, where they pursued a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics with a specialization in Finance. Niklas dedicated himself to their studies for three years, completing their bachelor's degree in 2020. In 2019, Niklas also participated in an exchange program at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, engaging in 30 ECTS worth of exchange studies.

The equity investment management includes a wide range of structures, from separate investment mandates in commercial real estate together with large institutions and international managers to residential development. The credit financing funds are focused on secured financing of commercial real estate in the Nordic region. The team includes approx. 60 employees in Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen.
