Aaron Dale

Aaron Dale is an experienced professional in the marine industry, currently serving as General Manager at Brunswick Corporation since January 2019, overseeing product selection, quality control, operations, supply chain, marketing, and customer service for the Seachoice brand. Previously, Aaron held the position of Category Manager at Brunswick Boat Group, managing several aftermarket marine categories for Land 'N' Sea, the largest parts and accessories distributor in the marine sector. Prior to that, Aaron worked as a Senior Mechanical Mechanism Engineer at Sea Ray Boats, focusing on product development and support for recreational boats, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Boston Whaler, leading new boat model development. Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
