Austen Thogersen, MBA, is currently the Director of Product Development for Seachoice at Brunswick Corporation. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from Marquette University, Austen has held various engineering and managerial roles at notable companies. Previously, they served as a Staff Engineer and Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at Kohler Co., where they led strategic engineering initiatives within the Global Faucets division. Austen also contributed significantly at Manitowoc Foodservice and The Vollrath Company, managing product development and engineering projects across multiple product lines.
