Joanne Ladden

Joanne Ladden, CIA, CISA, CDPSE, serves as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Brunswick Corporation, where responsibilities include leading the enterprise-wide internal audit function and overseeing the Enterprise Risk Management program. With prior roles encompassing Director of Data Privacy & Information Governance, Senior Audit Manager, and Sr. IT Audit Manager, Ladden has extensive experience in IT risk management, compliance, and internal controls. Previous positions at Titus, Essendant, and Ernst & Young contributed to a robust background in auditing, risk assessment, and security governance. Ladden holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance as well as a BBA in Management Information Systems from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
