Michael Schwarz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager II for Autonomous and Connectivity Solutions at Brunswick Corporation since October 2025, Michael oversees the development of self-driving autonomous boats aimed at enhancing luxury yacht docking experiences. Previously, as Senior Engineering Project Manager at Midtronics, Michael managed the entire New Product Development process. At UScellular, Michael held the role of Technical Program Manager/Planning Manager, steering multiple cross-functional projects.
