Mike Mould

Mike Mould is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management across diverse sectors, including logistics, defense, and project management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for EMEA at Brunswick Corporation since March 2020, Mike has previously held significant HR leadership roles at Weber-Stephen Products UK, Workfront, and Supreme Group, where Mike was instrumental in managing HR functions and leading major business transformation projects. With a strong educational foundation, including an Advanced Diploma in HR Management from CIPD, Mike has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR direction, employee relations, and organizational development, underpinned by a distinguished military background in the British Army.
