Jess Young has experience working in retail and operations management roles at various companies such as Bruntwood, Manc Spirit, and Common. They have been responsible for serving customers, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling cash, recruitment, and menu development. Jess also has experience in service staff roles and holds a BTEC degree in Textiles and Fashion from Stockport College.
