Renata Fialkowska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and the hospitality industry. Prior to this role, Renata held the position of Front of House Manager at Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts from December 2007 to September 2011, contributing to one of the largest hotel groups globally. Renata's career began as a Deputy Head Housekeeper at the Park Plaza Leeds hotel, showcasing a strong foundation in hotel management.
