Simon Durbin

Simon Durbin has extensive work experience in various industries. Simon currently serves as the Soft Services Director at Unify by Bruntwood since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Bruntwood for 10 years, holding roles such as Head of Property Services and Head of Facilities Management. During their tenure, Simon demonstrated strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, driving performance and delivering operational excellence across different sectors.

Before Bruntwood, Simon was General Manager at David Lloyd Leisure from 2008-2010, Area Manager at Pizza Hut from 2007-2008, and General Manager at Cheshire Oaks/Cheadle from 2006-2007. Simon also worked as a General Manager at David Lloyd Leisure from 2002-2006 and as Regional Manager at Whitbread PLC from 1999-2002. In these roles, Simon displayed their accountability, responsibility, and ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.

Simon Durbin attended Holy Cross College in Bury from 1989 to 1992, where they studied Economics, Biology, and General Studies. In 2015, they obtained a Certification in Rise Collaboration Accelerator from RISE Beyond, which they completed in 2016.
