Sophie Dakin

Sophie Dakin is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and strategic planning, currently serving as Senior CRM Product Manager and Voice of Customer Lead at Bruntwood since March 2020, where an award-winning Voice of Customer Programme was developed to enhance customer experience. Prior experience includes a role as Junior Strategic Planner at BJL, a Manchester-based advertising agency, and a Healthcare Professional position at St Andrew's Healthcare. Sophie also completed a work placement at M&C Saatchi London, which solidified an interest in the advertising sector. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Investigative and Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, alongside a Foundation certificate in Advertising from the IPA.
