Jan Aelbrecht

Jan Aelbrecht has extensive experience in the field of construction and project management, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Brussels Airport Company since July 2001, with responsibilities in landside works. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Manager, overseeing significant renovations of taxiways and aprons, and managing maintenance projects for runways and taxiways since 2008. Jan's career also includes a tenure as Project Manager at Regie der Gebouwen from 1990 to 2001 and as a leading civil servant at the Ministry of Economic Affairs from 1987 to 1989. Jan holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Industriële Hogeschool Oost Vlaanderen Gent.
