Coralie Galès Descombes has extensive experience in legal and business affairs, with a strong focus on the entertainment industry. Coralie is currently serving as the Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Brut. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Legal & Business Affairs Manager at Deezer from 2020 to 2022. In 2020, they also served as the Head of Legal & Business Affairs at ICONOCLAST FILMS.

Before joining Deezer and ICONOCLAST FILMS, Coralie worked at Gaumont International Television, where they held various roles including Director, Legal & Business Affairs, and Senior Manager, Legal & Business Affairs. Coralie'sresponsibilities included handling business affairs for scripted and animated television series, IP counsel for series in production for Netflix and Amazon, as well as development and co-production agreements for local content.

Prior to their time at Gaumont International Television, Coralie worked as a Juriste / Legal & Business Affairs professional at Gaumont, where they primarily focused on international distribution agreements and SVOD platform agreements. Coralie also worked at TF1, Prisma Presse, Lagardere Active (TV Activities), and Cabinet d'avocats HOFFMAN, gaining experience in acquisition and distribution agreements, rights management, and intellectual property.

Coralie started their career as an Attachée parlementaire stagiaire / FRENCH SENATE Internship at Sénat. Coralie has a strong background in law and a comprehensive understanding of the legal and business aspects of the entertainment industry.

Coralie Galès Descombes pursued their education in various institutions. Coralie obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Media Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2012-2013. In 2010-2011, they completed a Master II degree in Droit des Créations Intellectuelles, with a specialization in Propriété littéraire et artistique, droit de la communication et des médias, droit des contrats, from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4. Coralie also obtained a Master's degree in Sciences politiques, Economie, Culture générale, Droit from Sciences Po Bordeaux from 2006 to 2011. Finally, from 2007 to 2008, they studied Political sciences, gender studies, European Union policies, and international relations at Lund University.
