Haby Niakaté

Haby Niakaté is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in journalism and editorial leadership. Currently serving as Rédactrice en cheffe - Afrique at Brut. since May 2021, Niakaté has previously held key positions such as Rédactrice en cheffe for Le Choeur des femmes at CANAL+ Group and Head of Content for Afrique Francophone at Opera. As a co-founder of Ojiii, Niakaté played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's vision. A former journalist for prestigious outlets like Le Monde and Jeune Afrique, Niakaté also gained valuable insights through participation in the International Visitor Leadership Program. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Sciences Po and an exchange program focused on International Relations and African Studies at Glendon Campus of York University.
