Marta Loverde

Marta Loverde serves as the Administrateur délégué at Intermarché since November 2023. Since March 2015, Marta has held the position of HRP Manager at Bruxelles Environnement - Leefmilieu Brussel IBGE-BIM, where responsibilities include team management, the implementation of HR strategy, and fostering collaboration across departments. Additionally, Marta has experience as an HR Partner in the Espaces Verts division, focusing on talent management and support. Prior to this, Marta worked at Randstad Belgium from October 2007 to February 2015 in various roles, including Chargé de projets en insertion socioprofessionnelle, where coaching and partnership development were key responsibilities, and as a Senior Consultant where team management and recruitment were emphasized. Marta holds a Master in Criminology from Université libre de Bruxelles (2004-2007) and a Candidature en droit from the same institution (2002-2004).
