Tiou Nguyen is an accomplished communication and content strategy professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and team management. Currently serving as the Head of Content & Tools of the Communication department at Bruxelles Environnement - Leefmilieu Brussel IBGE-BIM since September 2019, Tiou oversees content marketing strategies and the development of digital platforms to facilitate ecological transition for citizens. Previously at VOO, Tiou played a pivotal role in the company's digital evolution, implementing a new content management system and developing comprehensive content strategies while managing customer care through digital channels. Additional experience includes community management and communication roles in various organizations, along with a solid educational background in Information & Communication from the University of Liège.
