Javan Wells

Javan Wells is currently the Assistant Superintendent at The Collage Companies and has extensive experience in leadership roles within the US Navy, where they serve as a Petty Officer First Class. In this capacity, Javan has successfully managed operations, trained sailors, and overseen significant missions with zero incidents. Previously, Javan held positions such as Director of Client Services at Mr. Checkout Distributors and Field Engineer at Bryan Builders, LLC. Javan earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Seminole State College of Florida.
