Alison's career also features positions at EC Constructors and Thomas-Grace Construction Services/Retail Solutions, focusing on project coordination and safety management. Earlier experience as a Safety Manager at TIC The Industrial Company included training employees in safe work procedures and managing site safety protocols. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned from 2005 to 2010.
