Matthew Niedens

Matthew Niedens is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimating across various roles in the construction industry. Currently serving as Preconstruction Manager at Bryan Construction Inc. since June 2023, Matthew previously held significant positions at GH Phipps Construction Companies, including Senior Estimator and Project Manager within the Healthcare Division from August 2019 to June 2023. Prior to that, Matthew was a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Creative Contractors Inc. from February 2011 to August 2019 and worked as a Project Engineer at Charles Perry Construction from January 2009 to January 2011. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction with a focus on Construction Management from the University of Florida.
