Shannon Ponce is an experienced project manager and entrepreneur with a diverse background in construction, real estate, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Bryan Construction Inc. since July 2023 and as Owner and Project Manager at Shannon Kelly Construction Services since March 2014, Shannon has a proven track record in managing the purchase, remodeling, and sale of properties to maximize profit. Previous roles include Project Manager II at CUSI Construction, Owner of Explorer Colorado, LLC, Permit Coordinator at Colorado Permits, and outsourcing management positions at Goodwill of Colorado. Shannon holds a BA in Spanish with a minor in Business from Westmont College and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Affairs at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
