Fraser Wood

Fraser Wood is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as Vice President at Bryan, Garnier & Co since August 2023, where Fraser supports Pan-European software and fintech clients in various strategic and financial transactions. This role encompasses activities such as M&A, growth capital financings, and debt financings across diverse sectors, including supply chain software, B2B data, and payments. Prior to this, Fraser held positions at NOR Capital from February 2019 to September 2023, progressing from Senior Analyst to Vice President, and at EY from June 2015 to February 2019, where Fraser served as Corporate Finance Executive and coordinated the EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the TMT sector in London & South. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Exeter, completed in 2016.
