Therese Swierczynski is an experienced finance and operations executive, currently serving as the Group CFO and COO at Bryan Garnier & Co since July 2011, where leadership of finance and operations is provided while reporting to the Executive Committee of the boutique investment bank focused on TMT, Healthcare, and Consumer sectors. Prior to this role, Therese held the position of CFO for Belgium & Luxembourg at Ricoh, managing the integration of multiple companies and emphasizing cross-functional cooperation. At Polaroid, Therese served as CFO and VP of Operations EMEA, overseeing significant business management and operational infrastructure changes during a transition to digital services. Therese began a career at Lexmark, holding various senior positions that included managing substantial revenue, restructuring, and transitioning company focus toward business services. Therese holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from KU Leuven and a BA in Business Administration and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
