Sarah Hempen

Sarah Hempen has more than 20 years of work experience in various roles, primarily focused on development, annual giving, and public relations. Sarah began their career as a Public Relations Associate at WinSport Inc. and later worked as a Public Relations Manager at Eclipse Management Co, Inc. Sarah then moved into the nonprofit sector, holding various roles at Washington University in St. Louis, including Associate Director and Director of Annual Giving Programs. Sarah continued their career at the University of South Florida, where they were a Sr. Director of Development and Assistant Vice President of Development. Currently, Sarah is a Senior Executive Recruiter at the BRYANT GROUP, where they have held multiple roles, including Search Consultant and Vice President, Search.

Sarah Hempen attended Elon University from 1995 to 1999. Their field of study was Journalism, although they did not receive a degree name. Sarah also obtained a certification in November 2020 called the USF Mentor Institute Certificate | Mentor 2020 Badge, from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
