Alexander Mears has a diverse work experience starting with their roles at the U.S. Department of State and the US Navy as a Foreign Service Officer and Lieutenant, respectively. Alexander then transitioned into private equity, working at Bain Capital as a Senior Associate and later as a Vice President in North American Private Equity. Mears also held positions at The Carlyle Group as a Vice President and Principal in US Buyout. Alexander co-founded Search & Acquire in 2020 and is currently a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Brydon Group.
