Cheryl Lynn Horsey is the Chief Enrollment Officer at Bryn Mawr College. Cheryl has held this position since December 2003. Prior to that, they served as the Dean of Student Support Services at Rutgers University from January 2001 to December 2003. In that role, they were responsible for academic support services, retention, disability support services, the Educational Opportunity Fund program, and student affairs. From January 1994 to December 2001, they served as the Vice President for Enrollment and Student Life at Rosemont College.

Cheryl Lynn Horsey has a PhD in Social Work Research/Public Policy from Bryn Mawr College, an MPA in Public Administration from PennState University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Criminal Justice from LIU Post. Cheryl also has certification from Stetson University School of Law in Certificate in Student Affairs Law and Policy.
