David A. Eagle

Mr. Eagle joined Brynwood in 2011. Mr. Eagle is involved in sourcing, negotiating and structuring new transactions and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Eagle worked in private equity and investment banking at Emigrant Capital, G.C. Andersen Partners, Stifel Financial Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities and Fortress Investment Group.

Mr. Eagle holds a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
