Ian B. MacTaggart

Mr. MacTaggart is Vice Chairman & CFO of Brynwood Partners’ three most recent funds (Brynwood V, VI and VII) and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. MacTaggart joined Brynwood Partners in 1996 as a Vice President in Brynwood III. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. MacTaggart spent six years at Merrill Lynch & Co., in both the Mergers and Acquisitions and the Corporate Finance departments.
