Peter B. Wilson

Mr. Wilson has been affiliated with Brynwood Partners since 2009, when he joined as Chief Operating Officer of DeMet's Candy Company. He subsequently became President and Chief Executive Officer of Brynwood VI's Balance Bar Company. Following the successful divesture of Balance Bar, he returned as Vice Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer of DeMet's Candy Company. Most recently, Mr. Wilson oversaw the acquisition of Buitoni by Brynwood VIII's Buitoni Food Company ("Buitoni Foods") and was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Buitoni Foods. Prior to Brynwood Partners, Mr. Wilson held various marketing, operations, and general management roles with International Paper, Quebecor World and Scott Paper.

Mr. Wilson holds a degree in Economics from Hobart College.
