Lawrence Browning

Lawrence Browning is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the entertainment and investment sectors. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Bryson Gillette, Lawrence is responsible for general counsel duties as well as overseeing finance and strategic ventures. Prior to this role, Lawrence was the Senior Associate General Counsel at Roku Inc., where leadership was provided for the International Content Distribution & Acquisition Legal Team. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Digital Distribution and Legal Affairs at Fox Filmed Entertainment, Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP focusing on Fund Formation and Investment Management, and various associate roles in investment management at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. Lawrence holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Binghamton University.
